Doctor Biography

Dr. Anindita Chowdhury is an experienced ophthalmologist and Assistant Professor at Chittagong Lions Eye Institute and Hospital, Chattogram, Bangladesh. With nearly 18 years of clinical experience, she is dedicated to providing high-quality eye care and advancing ophthalmic education. She completed her MBBS from the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC) in 2001 and earned her MS in Ophthalmology from Chittagong University in 2019. Dr. Chowdhury has received specialized training in Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS), Phacoemulsification (Phaco) Surgery, and Oculoplastic Procedures. Known for her compassionate approach and surgical expertise, she actively participates in professional development programs and is a Life Member of the Ophthalmological Society of Bangladesh (OSB).
